TCM Wellness Reading · 中醫養生英文閱讀
TCM Wellness
English reading passages that teach the principles of Chinese medicine — with vocabulary, comprehension questions, and a quick quiz in every lesson.
用英文閱讀讀懂中醫的道理:每一課都有生字、閱讀理解與小測驗。
This series is built the same way as our other reading lessons: an English passage first, vocabulary pulled straight out of that passage, and a Chinese translation available with one tap if you need it.
這個系列跟站上其他閱讀教材做法一樣:先讀英文文章,生字直接從文章裡挑出來,需要的話點一下就能看中文翻譯。
The topics are organized into units — Qi, Yin-Yang, the Five Elements, and more — and each unit keeps growing with new lessons over time. One lesson, one idea, explained clearly rather than a long list of tips.
主題分成幾個大單元——氣、陰陽、五行……之後會持續加課。一課只講一個概念,不塞一堆要點。
A short note before you start: these lessons explain ideas, not treatments. They don't diagnose, prescribe, or recommend acupuncture points. If something here feels personal, that's a reason to see a licensed doctor of Chinese medicine.
開始前提醒一句:這裡講的是理論,不是治療。不辨證、不開方、不談針灸取穴。如果讀到某段特別有共鳴,請掛號給合格中醫師。
